The Blackford Highland Games takes place annually on the last Saturday in May at the Keir and Cawdor Games Park in Blackford Village. If you are arriving by car, free parking is available on site. For those travelling by public transport, there are regular bus services from Stirling and Perth, and the nearest train station is Gleneagles, just a short taxi ride away.
Campervans are welcome to stay overnight in Highland Games field on the Friday and Saturday nights of the games. The cost for overnight parking is £22 per night, and spaces do need to be booked in advance so that we know to expect you. Please email secretary@blackfordhighlandgames.co.uk with your contact details and vehicle information using the camp application form. Please note that there are no facilities available so we can only accommodate self-contained campervans, and parking is on the back of the games field. If the weather is poor and the ground becomes very wet, it will not be possible to accommodate vehicles as they may get stuck. All vehicles must have left the park by midday on the Sunday, as the gates will be locked.
