Blackford Highland Games has proudly celebrated Scotland’s rich cultural heritage since 1870. For over 150 years, our games have been a cherished tradition in the heart of southern Perthshire. We extend heartfelt thanks to everyone who makes our event possible—especially our valued sponsors. Without their support and the dedication of many others, these games would not be the vibrant celebration they are today. Every year, we welcome visitors from across the globe to enjoy an authentic Highland experience in the beautiful village of Blackford.

The Games are held in our local park, the "Kier & Cawdor Games Park", generously loaned to the committee each year by Mr Archie Stirling, with the understanding that a Highland Games will be hosted annually.

As a founding member of the now Royal Scottish Highland Games Association, we are proud to uphold its rules, values, and spirit. We are also active members of the Perthshire Highland Games Association.

Run by volunteers, the Blackford Highland Games is a registered Scottish charity (Charity No. SC046625)
